TALLINN, Jul 15, BNS - Estonian President Alar Karis met with Prime Minister Kaja Kallas on Monday morning at Kadriorg in Tallinn, where she submitted her resignation in relation to her nomination as the high representative of the European Union for foreign affairs and security policy.
