TALLINN, Feb 08, BNS - The Baltic states successfully disconnected their power systems from the Russia-controlled frequency area on Saturday morning at 9:09 a.m. and are now operating independently in island mode, Estonia's state-owned transmission system operator (TSO) Elering announced.
