TALLINN, Dec 26, BNS – Finnish authorities announced at a press conference on Thursday that the submarine cables between Estonia and Finland were likely cut by the Cook Islands-flagged tanker Eagle S, carrying oil from Russia, the Estonian daily Postimees writes.
