TALLINN, Aug 12, BNS – Beijing has acknowledged that the Hong Kong-registered vessel New New Polar Bear caused the rupture of the Balticconnector gas pipeline between Estonia and Finland in October of last year, Estonia's public broadcaster ERR reported.
